Claire is a specialist family lawyer with significant experience practising both in England and in Jersey. She qualified as an English Solicitor over 20 years ago and as a Jersey Advocate in 2006.
Claire previously worked at Payne Hicks Beach, one of the leading family law firms in England where she was an assistant to Baroness (Fiona) Shackleton of Belgravia LVO.
She has extensive experience of acting for high net worth matrimonial clients in the resolution of complex financial issues and frequently those with an international element.
Claire also has considerable experience of representing parents in issues concerning children and has handled numerous complex cases including ‘leave to remove’ and cases resolving children’s living arrangements and contact with their parents.
