Our team includes former JFSC supervision and enforcement staff with extensive experience in dealing with compliance breaches. We can provide advice and support at all stages of the process, including:

We have developed survey-based Root Cause Analysis (“RCA”) tools which can be used to identify causal issues and thereby focus on the most important parts of the problem.

  • Remediation activity – we can provide versatile and experienced support staff to ensure that your remediation work is properly delivered, freeing up your key staff for other priorities; and
  • Post implementation testing – our team are able to perform a wide range of post-implementation testing in order to provide independent assurance that problems have been properly fixed.

Given the volume of regulatory change, we had a need to provide additional AML training to our Compliance team and Directors.
