Oben appoints assistant manager to the team

Oben is pleased to announce the appointment of a new employee, Amy Hamon who has joined as an assistant manager in the firm’s regulatory practice.

Prior to joining Oben, Amy served as a Senior Compliance Administrator with Apex, one of the world’s largest fund administrators and has a number of years’ experience working within the private equity sector. Amy has a good understanding of Jersey and Guernsey AML/CFT regulations, particularly in relation to Fund Services Business and has assisted with remediation projects, including high risk investor reviews.

Nicola Ingram, a Director of Oben Regulatory, said, “We are delighted to welcome Amy to the team.”
